We are thrilled to share that Tensor Ventures has participated in a €12 million pre-seed investment in ValkaAI, a Prague-based startup pushing the boundaries of real-time interactive video using AI-driven digital avatars. The round was led by Rockaway Ventures with participation from J&T Ventures, Tensor Ventures, BD Partners, Fond Naše Česko, and other strategic investors — making it one of the largest pre-seed financings in Central and Eastern Europe.
ValkaAI is defining a new category of “AI-native entertainment”: synthetic video environments that react in real-time to events, context, and individual viewers, enabling fully controllable digital beings with natural spontaneity and agency.

The Founders: Experience Meets Vision
ValkaAI was founded in 2026 by Vlastimil Venclík and Miloš Lokajíček, leaders with deep experience in technology, AI, and entertainment innovation. Venclík previously built and scaled technology ventures in esports and data infrastructure, bringing global perspective and product leadership to ValkaAI’s mission. Lokajíček drives execution and global scaling across research and product development.
The team spans Prague, San Francisco, and Dubai, and includes researchers with backgrounds at Meta, DeepMind, and other top technical institutions, all focused on advancing real-time interactive video and AI persona technology.
